1 chicken breast
1 tbsp of goat cheese
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and black pepper
rucola, valeriana, radicchio, scarola.
extravirgin oliva oil
Make a marinade from cumin,cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, thyme, lemon zest, oregano, chili and extravirgin oliva oil then add the chicken breast. Let in fridge for 1/2 hour.
Mix salad with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and extravirgin oliva oil.
Heat a pan with oliva oil and fried the chicken breast.
For serving finely slice the chicken breast, well arranget on the plate and cover with salad,
Season with salt, pepper, goat cheese and extravirgin oliva oil.
