Chicken calf with vedggies

2 chicken calf
5 cloves garlic
fresh rosemary & thyme, finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice and zest
salt, black & red pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Preheat oven at 200\'C.
Make marinate for chiken from salt, red and black pepper, 3 cloves garlic, chili, rosemary, thyme, 1/2 lemon juice, lemon zest and extravirgin oliva oil.
Peel zest from chicken calf and grease with marinated. Put on baking tray, add on oven for 40 minutes and add little water if you need.
Boilet baby carrot and potatoes in water with salt.
Heat the saucepan with extravirgin oliva oil, add 2 cloves garlic and carrot, potatoes and red pepper sliced. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. In finaly add cherry tomatoes. Fried a few moment.
Serve all together and sprinkle with sauce from chicken calf baked.
