Ingredients
Chicken weighing about 1 kg, salt, pepper, spices, bottles 0,5 l
Method
Thawed carcase sodium salt, pepper and spices if you like, both inside and outside, place in the refrigerator for an hour or more, soak, well-washed bottle fill with water and put on a chicken all the way to maximize Bird enclasp bottle.
At the pan to the oven, put this building, and at the bottom pour water around the glass. Set in COLD oven! another bottle crashed. All this, leave about an hour, let him gradually heated to 400 degrees, to keep that at the bottom was water, you can pour boiling water when the chicken on all sides will be red (40-45 min) you can get.

I'm sorry..was there an editor anywhere in the building when this recipe was added to the site. Looks like a very poor translation or someone was quite drunk while they were making this one! Either way...I've done this before with a beer can, "beer can chicken" its one of the juiciest chickens you'll ever eat!
looks absolutely horrible! That poor chicken!
