Chicken in beer sauce

sorry for my english. i m Greek and i used google translator for some words :)) these ingredients are for two portions. you can put on side french fries or rice or a salad maybe.

Ingredients
2 breasts of chicken, 1 onion medium size, 1 green and 1 red pepper,150ml sour cream, 2 big spoons mustard, 200ml beer,100ml grated cheese, 4 big spoons olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano,2-3 twigs of parsle for garnish(only the leaves).

Method
you cut the chicken into small pieces 3x3 cm. proximately, after, you mince the onion and the peppers. you put the olive oil in a deep pan and when its hot you put the chicken with the onion and the peppers, you mix slightly untill the chicken and the onions become brown not in very high temperature(between medium and high) ,you put the salt the pepper the thyme and the oregano (1 pinch from each).when its brown you put the beer and you let it boil until it takes the color of rust meanwhile you slightly mix. then you put the sour cream the mustard you mix again and when the sauce is tight you put the cheese. you mix for one last time and its done.(you garnish in the dish with the mince parsley) good luck !!!

There's not a lot wrong with your English, and there's nothing wrong with this recipe! We enjoyed it a lot, perhaps because it was a little 'different'after all those chicken curries. It seems like a recipe which could be varied quite a lot - what do you think? And what type of cheese do you use?
