Chicken meatballs

a very nutritive and easy to be made meatballs, rich of the fragrance of the herbs

Ingredients
4 serves(12-14 meatballs)
2 slices of chicken breast
1 onion peeled and chopped
2 handfuls of thyme, basil, parsley and mint
1/2 tea sp oregano
1/4 tea sp pepper
1 1/2 tea sp salt
1 egg(you can add only the white part if you wish)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup milk
4 table sp bread crumbs
1/2 glass of lukewarm water

Method
buy the breast from the market and cut it in pieces.Mince it in a chopper machine and set it aside in a deep and wide utensil.Add the chopped onion the bread crumbs and the herbs. After this add the salt the pepper and the oregano and in the end the olive oil the egg and the milk. The last one ingredient you will add must be the water.
Mix all of them well using a spoon (prefer a wooden one). Set the mixture aside or in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Get a portion of the mixture in your hands and give it a round shape. Do the same with the rest of the mixture and make the meatballs.Place them in a baking pan, that you have first place a baking paper.Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 220 c for 30-35 minutes.
You can also fry the meatballs if you dont like to bake them in olive oil.Anyway no matter you wish to cook them you can serve them with rice or chips and a light white sauce....
