Chicken mini rolls

Easy and tasty,not expensive

Ingredients
Half breast chicken for person

Garlic

sage or oregan or marjorane

red peppers or green

feta cheese

oil,salt,pepper

Method
Take a half chicken breast and open it with a knife in order to make it larger,then beat it slightly to be all the same height. Sprinkle with pepper,oregan or sage or marjorane,whatever you like better and have at hand. I sliced very finely some red peppers,because I liked the colour,but you can use also yellow or green or even mixed .If you like the taste of garlic sprinkle a litlle but not too much.. Spread over generously some feta cheese. Since the feta is salty is better not to add any other salt inside. Roll the meat carefully,sprinkle a lit salt outside with a little oil,then close it quite firmly in silver foil and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.After this time you may open the silver foil and let the chiken get a little color outside.
