Chicken saltinbocca

one of my favourite is saltimbocca, but this is a different dish and very delicioud...

Ingredients
400 g chicken breast
a few leaf of sage
1 glass Marsala wine
flour
1 tsp butter

side:
potatoes
carrots
prasley
rosemary
a few cloves of garlic, finely chopped
a good handful of spinach
srping garlic
extravirgin oliva oil
salt and pepper

Method
Boiled potatoes, carrots and prasley in hot water with salt.
Heat a saucepan with oliva oil then add potatoes, carrots and prasley. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary finely chopped. Cook till is brown.
Sliced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper and 1 sage leaf, covered with another sliced of chicken breast. Now press chicken breast then sprinkle with flour.
Heat a saucepan with oliva oil and butter, then add the chicken breast. Cook each side aboute 1 minutes, then add Marsala wine. Let to evaporate the alcoohol then take out the breast.
Heat a saucepan with oliva oil, garlic and add spinach leaf. Cook a few minutes then take out.
Put the side on the dish plate, then add the chicken breast, then spinach leaf and on the top a few green garlic finely sliced.
Season with salt, pepper and sauce from the chicken breast.
