Our favourite bbq...
1/2 kg chicken wings
fresh rosemary and thyme
a few cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
In a large pestle and mortar add a few cloves of garlic, rosemary, thyme, lime zest, cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, chili and mixt. Then add the lime juice and extra virgin oliva oil.
Cut the wings in three parth and to th mixture. Let in fridge for min. half hour and then is ready for BBQ.
I recommend to serve with cabagge salad seasoning with salt, vinegar balsamico and extra virgin oliva oil.
