Chicken with yogurt and orange sauce

1 large orange
15 ml Mustard
1/3 79 ml of yoghurt
Remove skin from chicken and cut into pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, squeeze the orange into juice and pour the juice into the chicken, mustard and yogurt. Let it marinate for 30 min.
Preheat oven to 190 C. While the oven heats in a frying pan put a bit of oil and brown a for a while the chicken with out the sauce. I did it for 15 min. Keep turning the chicken until it gets some color, after pour the marinate and keep turning again and again. In a casserole spread the chicken and pour after the sauce. Leave the chicken in the oven for 30 min. Keep checking until it is cook and until has good color.
You can follow up with white rice.
