Wash the chicory/endive and separate the leaves, drying them well.
Place the endive on a large platter forming little boats with the leaves.
place a tablespoon diced fruit salad on each leaf.
mix the mustard, honey, olive oil salt and pepper in a bowl and drizzle over the endive and fruit salad...
top each leaf with a knob of gorgonzola.
Great mix of sweet and savoury tastes but fresh and juicy.
