2. To make sauce mix 3Tablespoons of sugar,
4and a half Tablespoons of soy sauce,
1and a half Garlic(finely choped),
quater(1/4) of onion(finely choped),
1teaspoon of sesameoil,
1teaspoon of white wine,
1/2teaspoon of black pepper
3. Cut the meat in small mouthful size
4. Put some oil in the pan and roast the sauce dipped chicken.
5. Put the chiken on the plate
6. Finely slice the garlic and put it in to pan which has remaining heat after roasting chicken.Just for few seconds.Sprinkel these on the top of the chicken
