Chikpea pie

I wanted to learn to make something with chikpeas. I think they are exellent but people don`t use them so much where I`m from. I have been experimenting whith this for some time now but I`m not sure if I make it the same everytime and I`m not so precise with messures. Anyway my husband loves it when I make this one. Hope you like it too.

Ingredients
*Chikpeas about 350-380 g

*sundried tomatoes 3-4 tblspn

*Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower - toghether about 400 g

* 1 yellow onion

*milk, about 2-3 dl

*3 eggs

*cheese, feks Jarlsberg

*dried basil & oregano

*wheat flour 2dl

*starch wheat 2 dl

*oil 1 dl (more if needed)

*water 0.5 dl

Method
Turn the owen on 220 C.
Make the bottom of the pie; mix flour and add oil and water. It`s suppose to be firm. Use your hands to push out in the formfeed.
Chop onions and sundried tomatoes finely. Chop the vegetables roughly.
Put it in a bowl toghether with the chickpeas. Mix and add salt & pepper.
Add vegetable mix to the formfeed.
Mix eggs and milk and salt & pepper & dried herbs. Pour it ower veggs.
Cheese goes on topp.
Put it in the middle of the owen for about 30min. If it`s still \"floating\" then give it some extra time, or untill the colour is good.
Serve wth a sallad and a little crem fresh.
Leftovers are exellent to fresse in portions.
Enjoy!
