Chilli BBQ prawns

these marinated prawns are amazing they taste truly lucious and are great with a great glass of wine and some crusty bruschetta.
2 kilos atlantic medium langoustines
a bunch of parsley
chilli to taste
garlic 3 or 4 cloves
olive oil a glug or two
couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Shell all the prawns and cut the back to pull tha back cord (the black bit)
put all the prwans in a nice big bowl. In a separate bowl mix the crushed carlic, chilli, chopped parsley and bread crumbs, beat it all in and then add the prawns.
Why breadcrumbs??? When you put the prawns on schewers and on the hot grill they will dry out and stick, the breadcrumbs keep in the moisture and stick to the metal grill instead of the prawn meat.
This literally take 1 minute on each side so don\'t leave the BBQ. serve immebiately. It makes about 20 schewers, but people will come back for more.
