Here is a very versatile sauce that can be added to many things including bbq meats, fresh fish(especially tuna) and chicken. The sauce is quite subtle even though it is a chilli sauce with a lovely sweet and sour taste before the chilli kicks at the back.

Note: A small amount of the sauce goes a long way on your desired meat or fish.
