Ingredients
serves 4- 6
2kg of rope-grown mussels
handful of pink peppercorns
1 garlic clove
thumb-size piece of ginger
6 rashers of smoked bacon
50g butter
pinch o salt
1 pack of bruschetta breads
200ml creme friache
75ml dry cider
handful of basil
