  • handful of pink peppercorns
  • 1 garlic clove
  • thumb-size piece of ginger
  • 6 rashers of smoked bacon
  • 50g butter
  • pinch o salt
  • 1 pack of bruschetta breads
  • 200ml creme friache
  • 75ml dry cider
  • handful of basil
