Chocolate Fondue

This is great stuff. It\\\'s quite a treat, but it\\\'s a very sociable dish. The cardamon in it brings out the flavour in the chocolate and makes it rich. As long as you add the cardamon, you can use whatever quality dark chocolate that you can afford. PS: You need a fondue burner for this. Serve this with fruit. Raspberries, cherries, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, melon, mango, and banana are all good. You could also eat it with biscuits.

Ingredients
-2 bars dark chocolate
-cream
-cardamon, either ready ground, or ground in a pestle and mortar.

Method
1) Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan.
2) Add the cream, and stir slowly. Continue to do so, until it has reached the desired consistency.
3) Mix in the cardamon.
4) Add the choc-mix to a fondue burner and serve.
