Just a little article about my total surprise with Chilli with Chocolate
Ingredients
Method
I know not all of us like hot and spicy foods, and I am one of those people; I cannot eat really spicy food, it causes my mouth of bleed! However, that did not stop me from taking an adventurous leap with food.
I kept seeing dark chocolate bars with chilli added in the supermarkets and chocolate shops and each time I thought it was insane to add something spicy to something that was considered sweet so I never bought it, I just went for my usual Cadbury\'s Dairy Milk and Caramel bars - yes, I like a naughty treat occassionally.
However, after walking past it countless of times I threw caution to the winds and decided to buy a bar because it must be something people liked otherwise it wouldn\'t be on the shelves for very long. So I went home put all my shopping away and I was left with this chocolate bar that seemed to stare at me from the coffee table in the lounge silently telling me to eat it like I was in Alice in Wonderland! So I picked it up and unwrapped it and slowly took a cautious bite. Ladies and Gentlemen, I was in sheer heaven! It wasn\'t spicy but it caused my mouth to pleasantly tingle. Ever since then I have bought this bar as a treat and I have also added red chilli to my chocolate cakes and biscuits and they have gone down a treat!
So if you are ever cautious about trying something new never judge it by its cover because, like me, you might get a sheer surprise. So do try new things and PLEASE try adding a liittle chilli to your chocolate cakes!
