In electric whisk add all the ingredients for cake and start to whisk gently and then to high speed for about 1 minute. Grease with butter a baking tray and put the cream inside, then baking on oven for about 45-50 minutes. Ttake out and let to rest.
Heat a bowl with water and sugar. Melt the sugar and let to boiling until is brown. Add cacao and whisk gently ( if is too thick add more water). Now your topping is ready just add 1-2 tsp of Sheriedan's liqueur for a nice flavor.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
