Chocolate \

A very moist pound cake, that combines sweet, rich and sour!

Ingredients
300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup (250ml) of thick cranberry jam
1 cup (250ml) of sourmilk or plain yoghurt
70 grams of dark chocolate crumbs
3 tbsp softened organic margarine

Method
pre-heat the oven to 225 degrees C
Mix baking powder with soda and chocolate crumbs, rub in the margarine. Combine jam, sourmilk /yoghurt and add to the flour-margarine combo. Stir lightly. Pour into a circular baking tin (with a hole in the center) and bake in medium heat up to 1 hour and 10 minutes.

cool inside the tin, then take out, wrap in aluminum foil and keep in the fridge overnight. it is amazing on a summer day, with iced coffee and fresh berries!
