For mousse add 100 ml cream into melted chocolate and mix.
Like to the tart beat in electric mixer egg yolks with 50 g sugar then add to chocolate.
Beat 5 egg whites with 50 g sugar and add to mix, finally add 300 ml whipped cream and cognac.
Mix slowly then put on the tart and refigerate for 2 hour.
Serve with cherry jam.
