Ingredients
For tart:
4 eggs
125 g caster sugar
60 g unsalted butter melt
100 g plain flour
50 g cacao
1 tsp baking powder
For mousse:
400 g dark chocolate melted
400 ml cream
5 egg yolks
100 g sugar
5 egg whites
1 shot cognac
100 g cherry jam
Method
For tarte preheat the oven at 180 \'C. In electric mixer beat eggs with sugar. When is like a foam add butter melted, plain four, 1 tsp baking powder and cacao. Put into baking tray and cook on to oven aboute 30 min. then let cool.
For mousse add 100 ml cream into melted chocolate and mix.
Like to the tart beat in electric mixer egg yolks with 50 g sugar then add to chocolate.
Beat 5 egg whites with 50 g sugar and add to mix, finally add 300 ml whipped cream and cognac.
Mix slowly then put on the tart and refigerate for 2 hour.
Serve with cherry jam.
