25g(1 oz)unsalted butter
100g(4 oz) plain chocolate,broken into squares
25ml(1 fl oz)double cream
Hi I will be sending some dessert recipes so I thought that sending the basics and the finishing touches of desserts are nessecary.
Preparation time:15 minutes
1.Put the butter and chocolate in to a flameproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
2.When the chocolate has melted, beat in the double cream.
