this tart I and my friends we love, is so good that first time I did it quickly passed and I got to make him a picture, so I repeated it ... is a simple recipe from the book inspired me Jamie, as always, me making it on my way and trust me it is a success ...
Ingredients
For tart:
275 g flour
160 g unsalted butter
125 icing sugar
50 g powder cacao
2 eggs
For chocolate cream:
250 ml double cream
100 ml whole milk
40 g icing sugar
200 g chocolate, 70% cacao
1 egg
1 tbsp cognac
1 cup roasted sliced almond
for serve:
homemade vanilla ice cream
Method
Preheat oven at 190\'C.
start with tart:
Mix the sugar with butter using a mixer, then put the flour, cocoa and eggs.
Wrap it in plastic and leave it in the refrigerator about an hour.
A baking pan with a little butter, then carefully stretch pastry. I leave in oven until 15 minutes, during which make chocolate.
Boil fresh milk and add cream, then bring chocolate to melt into it. And then put other ingredients, mix well then they put half baked custard tart and a leave in oven another 15 minutes.
Finally sprinkle almonds over the tart.
I recommend you serve chocolate tart with homemade vanilla ice cream.
