Ingredients
A delicious greek meal..• and dinner!
1kg Chopw Steaks of Sheep (depends on the number of friend - 1kg=2-3 person)
Pepper
Oregon
Enough salt
Fresh lemon
Method
We pickled the Chop Sheep ONLY with peper, oregon and enough salt.
Then we prepare the BBG-grill, with carcoalw - no electric, and when the fire it redused and the carcoals they\\\'re ready, we put on the grill the Chops Steaks of Sheep.
We turn up the Chops Steaks of Sheep until cooked.
Sever on a platter with enough fresh lemon.
Accompanied by french fries and Greek Salad with Feta Cheese.
