Ingredients
-250 ml red wine
-20 g raisins
-cayenne pepper
-ground cardamom
-ground cloves
-ground cinnamon
-1 tablespoon chocolate powder
-slice of an orange
Method
Put the raisins and the red wine in a cooking pan and bring to the boil, then leave to simmer at medium temperature until alcohol is evaporated (to check: take a whiff of the steam). When the wine is alcohol-free, turn off heat, pour the wine (with the raisins) into a XL-sized teacup, add the cinnamon, cayenne pepper, cardamom, ground cloves and stir in the chocolate powder. Drop the orange slice into the cup.
Leave to cool off until drinkable; enjoy ;)
