This is a good tasty and healthy soup for lunch... It\'s very easy
Ingredients
-2 calf of chicken
-2 parsley root
-2 carrot
-potato
-a good amount of spring peas
-100g celeriac
-1 onion
-a few florets of broccoli
-salt & pepper
Method
-Put 1 litre water to boil with salt. Chopped the chicken and all the vegetables. When the water start to boiled add first chicken and then carrot, parsley root, celeriac, onion and potato. In finally add the spring peas and broccoli. Season with salt, pepper and parsley leaf.
