  • Flaky yeast dough 500 g.
  • Brown sugar.
  • Ground cinnamon.
Layers of dough rolled out in one direction up to 3 mm thick. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. (For fans of sweet add caramel sauce or chocolate paste and nuts.)

Gently fold in the roll and cut in small 15 mm wide. Put on paper greased at a small distance from each other.

Put in oven at 200C for 15 minutes. "Snail" appear right before our eyes.

The simplest recipe. Quick and tasty, not too sweet but fragrantly. Great to have a nice cappuccino!
