  • 50 g mung bean sprouts
  • 100 g iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 1/2 green apple, cut fine + 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tiny slice of fresh red chilli, chopped
  • 5 slices of cucumber, unpeeled, diagonally cut
  • 1/5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp oil (any)
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp strong flavored honey
  • 2 tbsp viili / natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 roll of toilet paper
Mix the sauce ingredients except the viili. Place the lettuce, sprouts, chilli and apple in a bowl. Pour over the sauce and mix, let stand in a cool place for 12 minutes. Add viili on top, decorate with cucumber slices and serve [to your suffering self]. have the toilet paper at hand and be ready to be cleansed. Don´t go on a walk for the next 30 minutes.... unless your neighborhood has a lot of bushes.

I warn you this really IS cleansing. Literally. So if you are not in actual need, don´t eat too much of it or the effect is a little too big. It is eaten if you had a big dinner party last night or just feeling a little bloated. If you eat it because you are bulimic, it will probably kill you.
