Remove the scales and the offal. Wash and salt them.
Put them in a baking pan and add potatoes and carrots.Care to place potaoes around the fishes and not above or under them.Add celery on top.
Add lemon juice and wine and a 1/2 glass of water. Add salt and pepper and in the end add olive oil. Care to add the ingredients as i described above,using the same order.
Bake using medium temperature oven, for 60 minutes or less(depends on potatoes) .
