1 condensed milk can
milk ( use the can to measure - 1 can )
3 large free range eggs
Place the sugar in a pudding/cake pan ( prefer a pan whichs makes a pudding/cake with a hole in the middle ) and heat until it caramelizes .
Leave to cool .
Blend all remaining ingredients together for 5 minutes .
Put the liquid into the caramelized pan .
Put the pan into another pan containing water and put on the pre-heated oven ( 200į Celcius ) .
Cook for 30 minutes .
Turn the pan into a large plate while the pussing is warm ( not too hot ) .
Put in the fridge .
Serve cold .
