Cream caramel

Cream caramel

Ingredients
500 ml milk
6 eggs
1/2 lemon zest
1/2 orange zest
vanilla pod
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar

Method
Preheat oven at 190\'C.
Boilet milk with vanilla pod, zest from lemon, orange and sugar.
Beat eggs and when the milk is boiled mix with eggs slowly and let out of fire. Take out the zest and cinnamon pod.
Melt brown sugar and add in baking tray. Over put the mix and add to oven for aboute 35-40 min.
