a light refreshing pasta dish with creamy taste throughout then a zingy partnership of the lemon and chilli Kicking in, then to round it off the smokey salmon and rosmary linger with a crunch off the corgette in just one bite.
100g of Penne pasta
250g creme Fraiche
2 slices of smoked salmon
1 red chilli
black ground pepper
first cook penne al dente to packet instruction.
whilst the past is cooking slice the smoked salmon into thin slices.
then cutt corgette width ways.
cutt chilli fine deseed.
once pasta is done keep some of the pasta\\\'s water and transfer to a large frying pan on a medium to low heat add the salmon, creme fraiche and corgette and season with rosmary salt and pepper.
once cooking for 7 mins or so turn off heat and squeeze half a lemon into it and grate some of its zest. then add the chilli and the olive oil and mix ready to serve. serve with more lemon zest on top with a sprig of rosmary.
