This dish is magical (and vegan). The spinach is so juicy and the farfalles are so much fun to eat :)
400g of pasta \"farfalle\"
400g of chopped frozen spinach (frozen is more intense)
4 tablespoons of vegan cream
1,5 teaspoons of curry
Some quality and lighter soy sauce
Boil the pasta \"al dente\". In the mean time stew the spinach on the wok-pan or in a smaller pot with vegan cream, curry and soy sauce. When the pasta is drained, add it to the spinach stew you cooked on the pan and add some olive oli. Mix it all carefully and serve it right away.
