Best served with crispy potatoes with a tbsp of duck fat in them instead of oil and a nice fresh salad, no cauliflower for me!
Put the pan (the special one that is safe to use in microwaves) in your high-quality microwave oven and heat for 4 mins until screaming hot! Put a good amount of creole on the chicken and rub, then put on pan. If you're cooking 4 then cook for about 8 mins per side on crisp. When you take your breasts out, isert a knife into the thickest part of the chicken to ensure that it is cooked. And that's all you do!
