Melt Goya Panela in 2 tablespoons water
Beat butter and panela together.
Thoroughly combine in egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour.
Divide the mixture between the two moulds
Plop a big ball (half) of dulce de leche into the middle of each mould. It should sink straight in.
Bake for twenty minutes and turn out from moulds immediately after removing from the oven.
Serve on its own or with ice cream.....
