2. Mix well, then add the thinly sliced cucumber. Toss together then place in the fridge for about 10mins to allow flavours to mingle. Serve ASAP.
Note: The longer this salad stays in the fridge, the runnier the salad dressing will become. If you want to store the salad for longer periods i suggest that you salt the sliced cucumbers before adding them to the salad dressing (sprinkle with salt, allow excess water to drain off, rinse , then pat dry),
