Ingredients
4 fillets of smoked haddock
cut in small pieces
Half and onion - diced
3 pints of milk
4 tablespoons of single cream
1 of margarine
2 tablespoons of cornflour
4 med sized potatoes parboiled and diced
Method
1 Melt the margarine in a large pan before adding the onion and the smoked haddock and cook for two minutes.
Add the par boiled potatoes next along with the milk and cook until it boils.
Add the cornflour which has been mixed with the tablesppon of milk.
Cook for two minutes and then add milk and chopped parsley before serving -

Not a bad recipe but you need to come to the north east coast of Scotland to find the best Cullen skink
Good recipe. You may want to fix the various typos and add cream. Thanks
