bunch red grapes (halved)
1/2 red onion
lime and butter
jack daniels bourbon
Prepare enough spinach for about 6 people.
Thinly slice red onion, toss on spinach
Add grape halves
Saute shrimp in butter,fresh squeezed lime,garlic and curry. Add bourbon.
Chill shrimp mixture for 2 hours
Just before serving,add shrimp to spinach and the onions,grape halves
Toss and add fresh cracked pepper
