• Add a whole banana into the mix and squeeze it by help of a spoon (don't mush the banana completely)
• Add Vanille Ice-Cream and mix it gently. You can also add caramel sauce into the mix to tasten it more.
• Put it into the deep-freeze for 30 minutes. Because the mixture will be too fluid after the preparation.
• When it has an ice-cream texture, take it from the deep-freeze, put on the service plate, finish off with a sprinkling of fresh mint leaves and a few slice of bananas around.
