A classic slovene dish.
2 garlic cloves
50g of flour
Preheat the pan on high heat, add 3-4 tablespoons of lard. Add the onions, wait till they turn light brown. Then, add your cleaned, skinned and chopped Dormice. Cook for 3 min. then add flour, cook for 5 min, add your herbs and spices, salt, peeled potatoes, chopped about 3 x 3 cm and chopped garlic. Cook until the potatoes are done. Add 2 - 4 tablespoons of apple vinegar, stir and serve.
