2. Cream together the butter and the sugar in another bowl, then beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fluffy.
3. Next add the flour mix alternatively with the milk, begin then end with the flour mix. Spread it into a greased 18x28 baking tin.
4. Press the apple chunks into the batter in rows, sprinkle with 3-4 tbsp's of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 180*c for 50 minutes, check the cake then let it stand for 10 minutes.
