Five minutes of prep, 20 minutes of cooking, and you\\\'ve got something that\\\'s different and tasty, healthy, low carb, and flavorful without being too spicy for those that can\\\'t handle the spice.
--1 package Hilshire Farms Chicken Apple Gouda Sausage
--1 box Green Giant Corn Niblets in butter sauce, thawed
--1 sweet onion
--1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
--10 kalamata olives
--10 green olives
--2 cans Texas Pete Hot Dog Chili
--2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Slice sausage links into coins, dice onion, and slice each olive in half. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and toss in sausage, onion, olives, contents of corn niblet bag, and garlic. Stirfry until sausage is cooked through, lightly browned, and onions are soft. Toss in chili, stirring constantly, for two minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
