A delicious salmon steak in garlic cream cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry
Ingredients
2 x Salmon steak fillets
Half a tub of Cream Cheese
2 x cloves of garlic
handfull of fresh chopped parsley
ground black pepper
salt to season
Juss roll puff pastry
2 x beaten egg yolks
Method
1 - Mix together the cream cheese, parsley crushed garlic and add black pepper and salt to season
2 - roll out your pastry in to rectangles (double the size of your fillets)
3 - place your fillets on the pastry and top generously with the cheese/garlic filling
4 - wrap up your fillits in the pastry and glue with the egg yolks
5 - With a nice criss cross the top and brush with egg yolk
6 - place in a medium oven untill pastry has risen and is golden brown
7 - searve with salad and enjoy :-)
