Ingredients
The Basics are
Pita Bread
Tomato Paste
Cheese
Then take your pick from almost anything you can think of..• such as
Ham
Pineapple
Sweetcorn
Garlic
Onion
Olives
Sun dried toms
plus whatever else you think might go nice on the pizza
Method
1 Put oven on at 180c
2 Lay out the pita bread on a clean surface
3 Put a desert spoon of tom paste on each pita bread, and with the back of the spoon spread evenly over the bread (the bread i use is round and about 25cms across)
4 Finely chop whatever ingrediants you fancy on the pizza... (you can chop extra and store for next time... we have this recipe once a week!!)
5 Evenly place the ingrediants over each pizza.... (My kids only like ham, pineapple and corn on theirs- i'm vegetarian so like all sorts on mine... bar the meat...)
6 grate cheese over the top of each one...
7 place in the oven for about 15 mins.. or until lightly browned on top, with the bases a little crisp.... (the top shelf cooks fastest.... we do 6 pizzas at a time --2 on the top, 2 on the next shelf down, and 2 on the oven floor(on a baking tray).... each set of 2 moves up a level as the top ones get cooked..)
8 EAT AND ENJOY.... its really hard to go back to fatty take away pizzas after eating these...
