Ingredients
340 g wheat flour
180 g potato flour
125 g butter
125 ml milk
110 g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
vanilla flavor

Method
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Put all the ingredients in a bowl of food processor. Mix it until the mixture will be smooth.Take a piece of dough and roll it to a thickness of 3 mm ( about ). If it sticks to the surface use a little bit of flour.Cut into squares or other shapes ( with cutters ).Grease a tin and put cookies on it. Prick with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or to golden colour. Bon appetit!!!
