Easy banana cake
300g plain flour
Ĺ teaspoon (6g) baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 can condensed milk (395g)
5 tablespoon lime juice
4 dwarf bananas (cut into slices)
1. Beat the butter, the sugar and the egg together on a food mixer until smooth. In the same bowl sift all the dry ingredients and use your fingertips to work the mixture.
2. Line a cake tin with removable ring (24cm-diameter) with half of the mixture.
3. For the filling: in a bowl, stir the condensed milk, the yolks and the lime juice. Spread half of it all over the lined cake tin and after that, put some slices of banana. Then, put more filling, the rest of the bananas and the mixture to cover the cake tin (assemble the layers alternately).
4. Bake it for around 40 minutes (medium oven).
