The classic accompaniment to Italian food gets a rustic update.
2 garlic cloves , crushed
75g butter , very soft
pitta bread , sourdough or ciabatta or a mixture
1.Mix the garlic with the butter. Toast the bread on the barbecue or under a grill and spread with the garlic butter.
