Ingredients
3 eggplant
1 carrot
2 small onions
Ό of sweet red pepper
handful of chopped leek
a pinch of dried basil
a pinch of parsley
a little bit of chopped chilli pepper
400g sausage beef meat
salt
sweet pepper powder
20g pumpkin seeds
Handful of crushed parmesana
Method
You need to wash eggplants and cut them in half. You need to pull out inside and cut it into small squares. You need to peel carrots and onions and then cut them into small squares.
