  • 2 cups of rice,cooked
  • 2 cups of penne pasta,cooked
  • 2 cups of spaghetti pasta,cooked
  • 1 cup of brown lentil,cooked
  • 1 cup of chick peas ,cooked
  • 2 cups of onions thinly sliced
  • tomato sauce
  • minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • nutmeg
  • oil
  • - Shatta (Hot sauce chili pepper)ingredients:
  • minced garlic
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of crushed spicy red pepper
  • Doqah ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • white vinegar
  • dry coriander
  • salt
  • cumin
1-Put the tomato sauce in a saucepan with a little of oil.cook it for ten 10 minutes
2- fry the garlic in oil but do not burn it ,then put it on the cooked tomato sauce and cook them for about 5 minutes .
3 -put salt,cumin,and nutmeg
4-fry the sliced onions in the oil untill brown (not dark) and caramelized
*Making Shatta:
1 take some of the tomato sauce you cooked before .
2 put some minced garlic.
3-put salt and spicy red pepper
*Making Doqah:
Mix some minced garlic ,dry coriander,cumin,salt and white vinegar and put them in some water .
* Layer all the ingredients in a big dish ,first layer the rice,penne and spaghetti pasta,then put the brown lentil
Ladle tomato sauce over the big dish and arrange the caramelized onion over the top .
put also the cooked chick peas.
-Serve it with the spicy tomato and the doqah
