Schisandra or magnolia vine tones you up from fatigue and peppermint makes you breathe lightly. More oxygen, more energy. And if that pepper doesnt get you to move your bloomin´arse, I don´t know what shall.
Ingredients
magnolia vine leaves
different fresh green salads
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
peppermint leaves, crushed
Method
tare up the salad leaves slightly. cut the magnolia vine and peppermint leaves in shreds. Mix in a bowl, squeeze the juice out of a lime on top of them and sprinkle with olive oil that is mixed with cayenne pepper. Eat that fresh in the morning. DON´T DRINK COFFEE!
take a tour around the forest path, then come home and read about the great effects of magnolia vine. and then throw away your coffee supply...
