Fake basil and strawberry tiramisu

Ingredients
1 250gr tub of mascarpone
lady fingers
¼ cup sugar
fresh basil leaves torn
Method
Mix the a 250 gr tub of mascarpone, a quarter cup of sugar and 12 crushed strawberries. Add fresh torn basil leaves and mix gently. Spoon on lady fingers or savoyardi, layer and serve. I used fancy French pink champagne biscuits beacause I hate myself. Love.:thumbsup:
